In with the real man sciences which had properly funded themselves

Because the Women’s Studies Department 

Couldn’t seem to generate enough funds

To sustain a self-sufficient status.

It seems the Women’s Studies Department 

Had hit a sort of intramural glass ceiling

Which couldn’t be denied.

But the administrators did admit

That gynecology could prove lucrative,

If any of them wanted to give up 

Their silly midwifery classes

And pursue obstetrics instead.
