I used to leave it to the gods

To break a piece of the chocolate bar for me,

And if this time, I got a bit, and next time I received a chunk,

I accepted gratefully.

But with time and experience I came to see

That I bought that chocolate bar

With my own money,

And all that chocolate bar was mine!

And I so I taught myself to break 

Off a piece exactly the size I wanted,

And learned to eat it anytime I wanted to.
