It's not the road less traveled
But the path not traveled at all.
I will not walk the cut-away,
But somewhere to the side.
For the way itself is holy,
And the place to which it goes is
Unknowable, and heartily unattainable.
If I could tell you what I've seen,
The unspeakable beauty I have felt within,
I fear my heart would break into
A million scattered pieces
From the weight of the first poetic word.
But as it is, I seem to have no credibility,
Only a deep understanding now
Of something attributed to Lao Tsu,
"Those who know, don't talk.
Those who talk, don't know."
